Shipping Policy
We aim to ship using eco-friendly materials.
Orders are shipped via USPS and leave the warehouse within three business days. Orders are usually delivered within seven business days. Shipping currently only available in the US. If you have an issue with an order delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
We offer free Local Delivery to select zip codes. Please note that we cannot accept PO Boxes (including UPS Store type locations).
Please note, for packages that are returned to us marked "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender," we can either refund your order (minus the shipping cost) or re-ship your order after confirming the correct address. If you wish to have your order re-shipped, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.
Return Policy
Hate being left unsatisfied? Samesies and we're here to help! We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date on unused items in original packaging. If you'd like to make a return, please contact us and include your full name and order number.
If you need to make an exchange, please place an order for the replacement item and we will process the return and new order as separate transactions.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping at this time, with the exception of incorrect or damaged products.
