Refund policy

Hate being left unsatisfied? Samesies and we're here to help! We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date on unused items in original packaging (except cosmetics). If you'd like to make a return, please contact us and include your full name and order number. We offer refunds on returns (not including shipping costs). Please note that we do not cover return shipping at this time, with the exception of incorrect or damaged products. 

If you need to make an exchange, please place an order for the replacement item and we will process the return and new order as separate transactions.
